As on the 1st April, the Minister for horse, Alun Michael, is doubtful that there is any likelihood of passport requirements being waived for Sanctuaries like ours. He is hopeful, however, that PIO’s Passport Issuing Organizations may arrange special funding arrangements for sanctuaries to obtain passports.

On the 2nd April The British Driving Society wrote to us saying they could do passports for £7 plus the cost of the vet to fill it in.
